Just be a naughty and innocent like that my boy!
Yesterday Nam had his left eye operation because of corneal sequestrum. His 3th operation when he's not even 3 years old yet. It's so pity for him, but I'm still glad that I took him from the shelter and can take care of him
Thấy tội cho em quá, mới bé tẹo mà mắt e toàn sẹo à.
Yesterday I was so anxious, his operation was at 3.30pm but he couldn't eat 12h before that because of anaesthesia. So no breakfast, no lunch. The boy was so hungry, yet after nagging for food by scratching himself to us several time and didn't get it, he just played again by himself, and of course then sleeping, almost the morning.I felt so bad that we could eat but not him, so we decided to leave him at the pet clinic earlier before our lunch so he wouldn't see us eating. Right after J. brought the cage to the living room, the boy understood what's gonna happen. He tried to hide under the chair, and "grr" like defending, but we caught him. Right at that moment my heart felt like squeezing, even though this is for his best, it felt like us abusing a small and weak creature that can't defend himself, and he couldn't talk.
I put my phone right next to me so I can pick up the phone immediately if the clinic called, but it was not until 6.15pm when it rang - when I was already very nervous that something might go wrong - the clinic informed that the operation was successfully and Nam was awake already. We drove there but had to wait as well, which made me more anxious. The doctor was a very kind one, he's around 50-look very young at his age. He gave detail explanation what's going on, what we should do. So 2 weeks of antibiotic liquid, drops to Nam's eye 3 times per day.It was 2 weeks ago when I wrote this. Tuesday this week Nam had the first checkup and his eye recovered very well. The conical hat was removed (he somehow did it himself 2days before the checkup). Boy is allowed to go outside and he looks very happy (even though this week the weather is so BAD, snowing, raining, cold, all worst April since I'm in the Netherlands...)
